Hello!
I believe that genuine Hope is the foundation of true health. I learned this on my path to healing through massage after sustaining injuries during my time in the Marine Corps. After years of suffering, I started to believe that chronic pain was a fact of life until I received a couple amazing therapeutic massages that ultimately launched me into this profession! It has thus been my years' long privilege to provide the bodywork I found most effective for recovery and wellness. The massage types I specialize in are Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Facilitation, Sports, Active Release Technique (ART), Passive Joint Movement and Facilitated Stretching, among others. I seek to bestow a unique therapist/client relationship by integrating work on the "whole person". A memorable massage experience comes through a trusting relationship and I hope to enjoy such an encounter during every session I provide!
